The staff was very, very nice!
The location was great in a great area, very close to at the beach, bars and restaurants and the center of Rethymno. Really enjoyed a multi-channel TV, ironing facilities, and a writing desk in the room.

Everything was simply brand-new. Clean and functional place and the breakfast was very good. Marvellous location by the sea was a plus. In the evening we visited Costa Costa it was nearby.

The rooms were immaculate and modern with private bathroom. The hotel was in a marvellous location right by the restaurant, at the pool, and at the beach. Popped in Costa Costa for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

This property was clean and TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. Units with an amazing seafront view. An ironing set, a work desk, and tea and coffee making equipment were convenient. Great way to end our holiday.

The room was immaculate and had a super comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a wide selection of international foods that were fresh and tasty. The pool was beautiful and we loved having a plunge pool in our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay truly 5-star. The location was also great, just a couple of minutes away from a long beach by the coast. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!
Although we had a great stay overall, there were some minor inefficiencies from the waiters regarding the duration of services, but we understand that they are still new and working on improving. Additionally, we would have loved to see more options in the cocktail area, as they didn't have our favorite, the blue Hawaiian.
